Use of this website does not create a physician-patient relationship, establish a duty of care or constitute diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or medical advice. A clinical relationship is established only after NuSelf accepts you as a patient and the applicable clinical requirements are completed.

Appointments, services and patient accounts

Appointment availability, timing and service eligibility are not guaranteed by website content or an online request. A booking may be subject to confirmation, clinical screening, consent, deposits, cancellation rules or other practice policies communicated separately.

Some patients may book a treatment directly, while others may require a consultation or medical evaluation before treatment. NuSelf determines the appropriate visit type based on the requested service, clinical circumstances and applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of patient-portal credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify the portal provider or NuSelf promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a dispute concerning the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Williamson County, Texas.

Changes, severability and waiver

NuSelf may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
