In-depth guide

Understand Longevity before you decide.

NuSelf Longevity turns prevention, metabolic health, strength, sleep and healthy-aging goals into a physician-led plan with priorities that can be measured over time.

Where care begins

Choose the right level of evaluation

The Foundational Evaluation creates a useful baseline. Whole-Body Evaluation is reserved for patients whose history, risk or specific questions justify a broader diagnostic scope.

Focused pathways

Move from broad findings to practical action

Metabolic and weight care, hormone and sexual health, cardiovascular prevention, strength and body composition, and sleep and cognitive health can be addressed as focused pathways within the larger plan.

Ongoing care

Follow-up should have a purpose

Repeat visits and testing are used to evaluate response, safety and changing priorities—not to create activity without decision-making value.

Connected planning

Health and aesthetics can be sequenced thoughtfully

Weight change, muscle, skin, hair and surgical readiness may overlap. NuSelf coordinates those decisions without implying that aesthetic treatment is a requirement of longevity care.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Longevity

Where should a new longevity patient begin?

Most new patients begin with a Foundational Evaluation. A more extensive evaluation is chosen only when it is likely to add useful information.

Is longevity care the same as primary care?

No. NuSelf longevity care is focused on assessment, prevention and optimization and may coordinate with the patient’s primary and specialty clinicians.

Are advanced tests or therapies automatic?

No. Testing and treatment are selected according to indication, evidence, safety and whether the result would change the plan.
